Just 15 minutes from the A13 motorway, overcoming an altitude of 500 meters on a winding but decent road, you will find yourself in a completely different world: on a sunny and (almost) fog-free terrace above the Rhine Valley with a magnificent panorama. Be it for an overnight stop on the long way south, or for several days or weeks for a family or group holiday in the Grison Alps

Families and groups will appreciate the excellent location: Away from hustle and bustle and yet surprisingly fast in the cantonal capital Chur or in one of the many famous ski and hiking areas.

Or just outside the front door up the mountain  with hiking boots, ski and skin, snowshoes or by bike.

The local children have made their first experience in skiing on the the local ski tow (200m long), located only a few steps away from the Alte Sennerei. This  lift is available for our guest for a small fee.
